I decided to create this service several years ago when we lost a cherished family pet, Mikey. At that time, I realized that the best way for us to remember him was through pictures. Since we had him cremated, I collected a few pictures and created an urn for his ashes. The idea for the video aspect of FureverMemories.com came from a love of making people smile. I have been making DVD Scrapbooks for years. I began making them for family members and then moved on to creating DVDs for going away parties at work. It has been said that to truly do well at something, you must enjoy it. I really enjoy making people smile. Hopefully I can bring a smile to your face when you see your pet on an original DVD Scrapbook, one of a kind pet urn or resin coated plaque. |

| The Not-So-Fine-Print At FureverMemories.com, I take the love of your pet very seriously. I spend a great amount of time in making your keepsake or DVD Scrapbook. However, because of the nature of handmade items there may be slight imperfections created as the resin or decoupage sets. I will make every attempt to eliminate such imperfections. Also, it is easy to duplicate computer generated videos. For these reasons I cannot offer a refund, only an exchange if you are not satisfied with the product. Your DVD will work on most DVD players, however, it may not be compatible with all computers. If you are unhappy with your product, you must e-mail me within 45 days of receiving your purchase at concerns@furevermemories.com. If the need for an exchange should arise, I will pay the shipping to return the replacement item to you, however, the customer must pay to have the original item returned to FureverMemories.com. Payment through PayPal or US Money Order is required. I will not create your product until payment is received. If you send a money order, it must clear the bank before I send your product. The photographs that you send to FureverMemories.com will be returned with your finished product. Keep in mind that a quality DVD can only result from quality pictures. Please send only good quality photos! I will do minor touch-ups as needed. The song that you select on your order form will be purchased under your name from an online music service such as I-Tunes. By purchasing the song in your name, it can legally be used in your DVD Scrapbook. I will make every attempt to use your first song choice, but because not all songs are available, we ask for three song options. Sometimes more than one song is required to bring your video to a length of approximately 5 minutes. If your first song choice is too short, an additional song from your list will be used. The cost of purchasing a song for your video is included in the purchase price. Since the order form that you send with your photos asks you to verify that you have read and agree with these policies, it will be kept in my records for 1 year from the date of your order. The order form will then be shredded and discarded. I do not sell nor share any of your personal information including name, address, and e-mail address. Orders are shipped Priority Mail through the US Post Office. Shipping is included in the order price for Continental US deliveries only!
